We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must include all original packaging.

Refunds

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is rejected due to ineligible conditions, we will notify you via email.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Art Kid Collective is an online platform dedicated to nurturing creativity in children. We use authentic kids art and use it to create high quality apparel like hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, as well as accessories and other merchandise. This gives an opportunity to parents to showcase their kids creativity. Our platform can be used by schools and PTAs to organize fundraisers. All they have to do is create a vendor account and send us some original artwork made by kids in their communities, and promote their shop.

Orders will usually be fulfilled 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Please expect international orders to take longer. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times.
Shipping costs also vary depending on location and the size of the order. You can check the shipping cost of your current order by proceeding through checkout and entering your address (you can do this all without placing the order).

To keep your apparel looking as good as new, we recommend turning it inside out before machine washing it in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang drying is the best option, but if you need to use a dryer, set it to a delicate cycle with low heat. The more you hang dry, the longer it will last.
