With a free vendor account, you can create a unique collection of high-quality merchandise featuring original artworks. Your store allows our visitors to purchase one-of-a-kind gifts and personal items, helping your family, school, or organization benefit from every sale.

Curate Your Collection

Once your account is set up, our team will reach out to help you curate a selection of high-quality products. You can choose from a wide range of items, including:

  • Hoodies
  • T-shirts
  • Hats
  • Sweatshirts
  • Coffee mugs
  • Water bottles
  • Wall art, and more!

Submit & Process Artwork

Now it’s time to add some creativity to your collection! You’ll submit high-resolution scanned images or clear, well-lit photographs of the artwork to be used.

  • Our team will review the submitted artwork to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Once approved, we’ll process the artwork and create the selected merchandise for your store.

Please note: Vendors do not review product mockups before publishing, as our team manages the design and quality control.

Promote & Sell

It’s time to launch! Promote your store to your network of friends, family members, supporters, and school communities. If you’re a school or a PTA, you can also engage with donors and local organizations to amplify your reach.

1. Eligibility

Anyone can create a free vendor account—parents, schools, PTAs, and organizations alike. There are no membership fees or setup costs to join.

2. Sales and Commission Structure

  • Art Kid Collective only earns revenue when you make a sale.
  • The commission split between artkidcollective.com and you, the vendor, is 50/50.
  • Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe at the time of sale.
  • You’ll receive your share (50%) directly into your Stripe-connected account.

3. Return Policy

Our main store return policy applies to all products, including items sold by independent vendors. In the event of a return:

  • Art Kid Collective will manage the return and issue a refund to the buyer if the request is approved.
  • You, the vendor, are responsible for 50% of the refund amount, equivalent to your portion of the commission.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

4. Copyright and Ownership

  • Vendors retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork submitted for use on their products and in their store.
  • Art Kid Collective reserves the right to use submitted artwork for promotional and future sales purposes, even if the vendor account is no longer active.

5. Artwork Submission and Quality Standards

All artwork must be original and created by your child or by children within the organization that owns the vendor account (school, daycare, club, etc.). We reserve the right to reject artwork that does not meet quality standards.

Artwork must be submitted as:

  • High-resolution scanned images in full color, OR
  • Well-lit color photographs that ensure high-quality rendering.

Note: Any artwork that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or contains inappropriate content will be rejected.

6. Product Listing and Store Management

  • Vendors are responsible for selecting the products they’d like to include in their store.
  • Art Kid Collective will handle all aspects of product creation, design, and publishing once artwork is submitted and approved.
  • Vendors are responsible for promoting their store to maximize sales.

7. Payouts and Financials

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Payouts are made automatically at the time of sale, with 50% of the revenue transferred directly to your connected Stripe account.
  • Refund adjustments (if applicable) will be deducted from future payouts.

9. Termination and Account Closure

  • Vendors may choose to close their accounts at any time.
  • Art Kid Collective reserves the right to terminate a vendor account for:
    • Failure to comply with these terms
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Violation of applicable laws or infringement of intellectual property rights
